RULES
25 minute halves, 7-10 minute half time depending on game start time
All players must be checked in by the referee before getting onto the field prior to or during the match
Spectators are allowed to watch the games
Players need to stay with their team on one side of the midline for warm up
Size 5 Ball
5V5 with up to 3 subs with unlimited in and out rotation
Teams can borrow players from the opposing team if they have players that would like to help
Goalkeepers cannot score
No offside. When the ball goes out of bounds or into the side nets, the ball must be passed into play. NO THROW INS
All free kicks are indirect
No jewelry except for medical ID bracelets, fitness trackers and wedding bands. If items are hard/sharp they should be covered with soft material to prevent injuries.
20 minute grace period to complete check ins and/or to acquire the minimum number of players before forfeiting the game
If the ball hits the ceiling before going out of bounds, it is considered out of play. Play is restarted at the point nearest to the touchline where it hit the ceiling.
MISCONDUCT:
No slide tackles
If a player receives a yellow card, they must step off the field for two minutes
If a player receives a red card, they must leave the facility immediately.
Any player or spectator may be suspended from participating in or watching games at the HM10 facility as management sees fit
We will not tolerate any form of aggressive language such as: An intentional act of physical violence, hitting, kicking, punching, choking, spitting, grabbing, charging, other forms of unnecessary contact, throwing or kicking any object that could inflict injury of a person or his/her personal property, foul or abusive language, verbal statement or inspropriate gestures which imply or threatens physical harm or undermines a player, spectators, and referee’s performances or job security
NOTE: Referees have been instructed to notify law enforcement and have official charges made if there is abuse/assault.
FORFEITS/RESCHEDULES:
A team must give 72 hours notice if they wish to reschedule a match. If a team does not give a 72 hour notice, the game will be forfeited.
If there is a scheduling issue, before canceling, teams have the ability to reach out to us at (615) 403-0065 and we’ll try to reschedule the game if possible

Ignorance of the rules, laws and bylaws of these leagues will not be tolerated as an excuse for breaking said laws and bylaws.
All players entering into these leagues agree that they will abide by the HM10 rules and its affiliated organizations and sponsors.
Recognizing the possibility of physical injury or illness associated with soccer, all players hereby, release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify the HM10, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including owners of the fields and facilities utilized for the programs against any claim by or on behalf of a player as a result of participation in the programs and/or being transported to or from the same.
